The data on our products is supplied for information and personal research only. No reproduction may be made for publication without the permission of Archive CD Books Ireland Ltd. You may not make copies of the data. You may not publish or sell any portion of the data in printed, electronic or any other format without prior written consent. You may not advertise free lookups from the contents of the products, but for the avoidance of doubt, you may use the contents of the CDs to help others with their research when requests for help are made on the various internet mailing lists. By purchase of this product you have not acquired title or ownership of software materials or data contained on this CD-ROM or product packaging or documentation. This licence grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the software and documentation. You are prohibited from copying, reproducing, translating, disassembly, recompilation or reverse engineering of any part of the software or related packaging or documentation. This licence permits a single user on a single site to access the CD at any given time. (For multiple user licences, contact Archive CD Books Ireland Ltd. We do not charge for multi-user licences for libraries.) The software or documentation may not be loaned, rented or leased, or used for any other form of remunerated gain.

If, after this time, you think that there may be a problem, FIRST check the on-line catalogue to make sure that the product is marked as available now - you may have placed an advance order. Then please check your credit card statement. If it has not been charged, then the product has not been sent yet. If you still feel that there is a problem, then do please write to us at orders@archivecdbooks.ie and we will certainly help to solve the problem.

All other orders are VAT free.
If a CD is found to be faulty,
1. Contact us by email to support@achivecdbooks.ie and explain the problem. The CD may not be faulty and most times we can help sort out the apparent problem.
2. If it is agreed that the CD is faulty, simply return it in its original packing, cross out *your* address, and leave our return label on the front of the packet and mark it "Return to Sender". There is no need to add stamps to the packet. We will replace the faulty CD, or make a refund.
Please note that refunds will not be made if the CD is found to be in working condition. (Which basically means that you cannot copy it and then return it for a refund!)
We cannot guarrantee that there will not be missing pages in the old books that are reproduced on CD. We cannot guarrantee that all pages of old hand written documents will be 100% legible.
In the event of receiving a faulty CD, please FIRST post an email to support@archivecdbooks.ie
The CD may not be faulty and we can probably overcome any problems that you may have. In other words, you may NOT copy a CD and then return it for a refund. If the CD is faulty, then we shall replace it free of charge.
